Serving North & South Shore, Eastern and Central Mass and R.I. Buying or Selling a Home is one of the most important emotional and financial investment decision you will ever make. My goal as your Home inspector is to educate you about the condition of the home so you can make an informed decision upon your purchase. I will conduct a none invasive, unbiased visual inspection on the home system from exterior and siding, Garage, Foundation, Crawlspace, Structure, Heating and Cooling system, Interior water penetration, Ventilation, Water Heater, Electrical, Radon Testing and Pest Inspection.
MIHPI has completed the Wood Destroying Insect Recertification Training Program at the Moose Lodge Family Center, Marlborough, MA. It means that we can issue a Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) Report.
A WDIR is important because you want to know the exact condition of the home you’re investing in. In some case, a WDIR may also be required to obtain a mortgage from the bank.
We do look for common wood-destroying insects such as termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, wood-boring beetles, etc.
My report is electronic using the palm Teck Soft wear, with pictures insert highlighting on a separate page with all concern.
