Resérvela
Llame o envíe una solicitud con la dirección de la propiedad y su fecha límite de inspección. La mayoría de los compradores trabaja dentro de un plazo de contrato, así que esa fecha lo determina todo.

Acompáñelo
Es bienvenido en la inspección, y vale la pena asistir. Ver a alguien abrir el panel y explicar lo que encuentra vale más que leerlo después.

Reciba el informe
Sale el mismo día. Un informe electrónico con fotografías de cada problema, cada una en su propia página, para que no haya ninguna ambigüedad sobre qué se encontró ni dónde.

Pregunte después
Los informes se leen en la mesa de la cocina, con un agente, con la pareja y con muchas preguntas. Llame cuando surjan.
